Current Situation in Slovakia: Due to the worsening COVID-19 situation in Slovakia, the government of Slovakia will enact new restrictions starting Wednesday, March 3. Most activities outside the home are prohibited. Many excepted activities require negative results of a COVID-19 test less than 7 days old. FFP2 type masks will be required on public transportation and in shops as of March 8 and in all indoor spaces as of March 15.

American Citizen Services: The American Citizen Services section at the U.S. Embassy in Bratislava is accepting limited appointments for routine and emergency services during the lockdown period.
